When to maintain

The Z-shaft wire requires regular lubrication. The screw is used to move on the Z axis, the nozzle assembly, proper lubrication will ensure smooth operation. Avoid affecting the up and down movement of the nozzle bar and affecting the model printing.

How to maintain

Remove dust or plastic particles (graph 12)

Use grease and apply a thin layer on the wire (graph 13)

Select the tap mode and move the Z-axis to ensure that the grease is evenly distributed on the Z-axis wire bars (graph 14)

When completion, remove excess grease accumulated near the screw nuts (graph 15)
