The filament is stuck in the extruder


1. Cut the filament into a bevel and insert it into the extruder.



The filament tube is not inserted all the way; the filament is stuck between the tube and the extruder


1. Pull back the filament.
03.jpg2.Press both ends of the Tube Fitting to remove the filament tube.
04.jpg3. Check if the end of the filament tube is flat; if not, trim off the uneven part of the tube, ensuring a vertical cut.
05.jpg4. Reinsert the material tube fully at the bottom,about 2 cm.
05.jpg5. Reinsert the filament, push it all the way down, and restart the feeding process.

The filament is stuck in the tube

1. Pull back the filament.
2.Press both ends of the Tube Fitting to remove the filament tube.
3. If there are impurities inside the tube, cut off this section of the tube.

4. Reinsert the material tube fully at the bottom,about 2 cm. 5. Reinsert the filament, push it all the way down, and restart the feeding process.





Change the filament tube

1.Press both ends of the Tube Fitting to remove the filament tube. 2.Press both ends of the Tube Fitting, and remove the tube of extruder. 3.Replace with a new tube and insert it into the extruder. Make sure to push it in all the way, approximately 2 cm. 4.Reinsert the tube into the bottom of nozzle; approximately 6cm deep. Ensure it is fully inserted to avoid future blockages.
