Please enter endstop troubleshooting.
1. Check the “endstop“
2.Press the Y endstop manually and observe if the “Off-On” status is displayed correctly.
If it does not display normally, it indicates an issue with the Y direction.
1. Re-insert the plug to see if it works properly.
2. Unplug the Y endstop wire on the motherboard.
3. Cut off the black ties.
4. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screws on the Y endstop and replace it.
Move the nozzle to the center, click on “Level bed”. If the platform does not move,
it indicates a fault with either the Y motor wire or the mainboard. You need to diagnose whether
the issue is with the Y motor wire or the mainboard, and then replace the faulty component.
To diagnose the issue:
1. Re-seat the motor wire to see if the issue is resolved.
2. Swap the Y and Z motor wires.
3. Click “Move axis” and jog the Y axis:
①If the nozzle does not rise or fall, but you move the Z and find that the platform moves normally, then you need to replace the mainboard.
②If the nozzle rises or falls, but you move the Z and find that the platform does not move, then you need to replace the Y motor.
