Confirm the issue in the Z direction

2.Press the Z endstop manually and observe if the “Off-On” status is displayed correctly. If it does not display normally, it indicates an issue with the Z direction.
· If it continuously displays “off,” the problem is with the Z endstop.
· If it continuously displays “on,” the issue is with the wire of the Z endstop.

Replace both the Z endstop and the wire

1. Confirm that the shaft coupling shell has been removed, re-insert the plug to see if it works normally.

2. Unplug the Z endstop wire on the motherboard.

3. Cut off the black ties.

If the nozzle does not move, check the Z motor and the mainboard

Move the nozzle to the center, click on “Level bed”, and if the nozzle does not move, this indicates a fault with either the Z motor or the mainboard. To diagnose the issue:

2. Swap the Y and Z motor wires.
3. Click “Move axis” and jog the Y axis: ①If the nozzle does not rise or fall, but you move the Z-axis and find that the platform moves normally, then you need to replace the Z motor.
②If the nozzle rises or falls, but you move the Z-axis and find that the platform does not move, then you need to replace the mainboard.
