High-Speed Printing Technology
The Tina2 Plus 3D printer achieves a maximum print speed of 150mm/s, nearly twice as fast as the standard Tina2 3D printer. It not only maintains excellent print quality but also supports various types of PLA filaments without requiring specialized high-speed printing filaments. According to tests, this printer can produce high-quality small boat models in just 50 minutes.
high-speed Mode and silent Mode
The TINA2 PLUS offers two slicing options: high-speed mode and silent mode. high-speed mode: Print speeds range from 80 to 150mm/s, with motors and fans running at full speed. The filament flow is fast, and fan speed can reach 12000 RPM, resulting in some operational noise. silent mode: Print speeds reduce to 60 to 80mm/s, with fans running at 80% power and reduced to 8000 RPM, significantly reducing operational noise. However, printing time will increase. Please note that too low fan speed may cause nozzle clogging. Both high-speed mode and silent mode have minimal impact on print quality, primarily differing in print speed, printing time, and operational noise levels. Depending on your time requirements and printing environment, choosing the appropriate mode can strike a balance between speed and noise.
Slice Parameter Adjustment
It is recommended to use default parameters when using high-speed mode. Due to variations in parameter characteristics among different brands of filament, print quality may vary even within the same mode. If filament viscosity or slow flow affects print quality, adjust corresponding parameters for optimization. Similarly, when selecting silent mode, default parameters are advisable for printing. For professional users familiar with specific printing operations, consider starting with fill speed adjustments and gradually modifying parameters to achieve the optimal balance of print quality and efficiency. In summary, depending on actual needs and material properties, experimenting with various parameter settings may be necessary to ensure the best printing results.
