When to maintain

When you find that the silk is not smooth, the model printing cannot be completed, and the technician suggests to clear the nozzle assembly before each printing to avoid waste silk affecting your model printing. There is abnormal sound, click sound, not smooth, model is not sticky, model gap is large and other performance, need to clean the nozzle in time. Technicians suggest that the nozzle should be dredged before each printing to avoid the waste of the filament. After printing, the filament needs to be unloaded in time to avoid the filament deterioration and blocking the machine

Dredge the nozzle with an L-shaped wrench (Fig. 5,5-1,6,7)

Confirm the incoming wire and then print the model, smooth performance: continuous, uninterrupted and uniform wire (Figure 9)
