Maintenance

Starry plus High-speed 3d printer is a complex electromechanical system product, composed of a very large number of sensors, electronic devices, actuators and mechanical components. When long-term use, the wear of some parts is inevitable. Normal maintenance can reduce their wear and extend the life of the entire printer. This manual contains a tutorial for the maintenance and replacement of the common parts of this machine.

Periodic maintenance

As a user of the Starry plus series of machines, we recommend that you maintain printer performance through regular maintenance to ensure that the printer continues to operate stably to extend machine life. Maintenance components include but are not limited to: nozzle assembly, X-axis horizontal bar, Z-axis wire rod, fan, X belt, Y belt, X rubber wheel, Y rubber wheel, etc.
